Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Hunaru One Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

• "Client": Any individual or entity that engages our services through a formal agreement.
• "Services": All software development, consulting, maintenance, and related services provided by Hunaru One.
• "Deliverables": Any software, code, documentation, designs, or other materials created by us for you.
• "Website": The Hunaru One website accessible at hunaru.one and all associated subdomains.

Hunaru One provides comprehensive software development services including but not limited to:

• Cloud services and infrastructure management
• Database design and management

• Custom software development
• Maintenance and support services

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typical payment structures include milestone-based payments, time and materials billing, or fixed-price arrangements. Initial deposits may be required before work commences.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement and continue for a period of three (3) years thereafter.
